Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority is hiring for Deputy Manager Human Resources with 1 post in Lahore. The post is graded SPPP-04. Minimum qualification: BS / Master's (16 years). Apply by 29 October 2026.

  • Keep personnel files, attendance, leave and payroll inputs accurate.
  • Update the HRMIS and prepare HR reports such as attrition and hiring metrics.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate capacity-building programmes.
  • Support performance appraisal (KPIs or OKRs), grievances and disciplinary cases.
  • Keep HR policies, manuals and SOPs current and compliant with labour law.

Eligibility

  • BS, BSc or master's in business administration, HRM or an equivalent subject (16 years) from an HEC-recognised university.
  • 3 years' relevant experience after the degree, including at least 2 years in the public sector.
  • Knowledge of the rules for contractual appointments.
  • Age 22 to 55.
