Team Lead Full Stack (React & .NET)

PERA builds its enforcement software in house. This Team Lead writes code as well as running the team, across a React front end, .NET Web APIs and a SQL Server data layer.

Stack

• React with hooks, routing and state management.
• ASP.NET Core Web API with dependency injection, JWT authentication and Dapper or ADO.NET.
• SQL Server: stored procedures, views, indexing and query tuning.
• Git Flow with pull-request reviews, multi-stage Docker builds and docker-compose.
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is a plus.

Day to day

• Deliver features end to end and write the hard SQL yourself.
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming and stand-ups.
• Review code and enforce quality gates; mentor junior developers.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor or similar) for code, tests and documentation, and get the team doing the same.

Eligibility

• 16 years of education in computer science, IT, data science, AI or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Age 25 to 60.

About the advertisement

PERA was set up under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024. These posts are filled under the PERA (Appointment and Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2026, on the Special PERA Pay Package (SPPP), which is negotiable, for an initial three years that can be extended on satisfactory performance.
