Officer Administration

An entry-level management post in HR & Support Services, reporting to the Manager Administration.

Responsibilities

• General administration, facilities, housekeeping, security and maintenance of the office.
• Utilities, bill checks and timely payments; stock registers for stationery and printed material.
• Mail recording and dispatch, administrative reports, and supervision of office boys, guards and cleaners.

Eligibility

• 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or Accounts.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; supervisory skills. Age up to 35.

About PHC

The Punjab Healthcare Commission licenses and inspects hospitals and clinics across Punjab. Most of these posts are for MBBS or BDS doctors who would inspect healthcare establishments rather than treat patients.
