Ship personnel is PNSC's crewing office: recruiting, rotating and managing the officers and ratings who sail its ships.

Eligibility: either route

  1. Class I or II Certificate of Competency (Deck or Engineer), with 2 years as Master/Chief Engineer (1st Class) or Chief Officer/2nd Engineer, or 1 year ashore.
  2. MBA, MPA or BBA (HRM) from an HEC-recognised institute, with 5 years handling HR matters in a reputable company.

Age up to 50.
