Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company is hiring for Senior Manager Procurement with 1 post in Lahore. The post is graded PPS-10 with a salary of Rs 560,000 – 570,000 / month. Minimum qualification: BE / BSc Engineering or BS / Master's (16 years). Apply by 27 October 2026.

Lead procurement for PRMSC's World Bank-financed rural water project in Lahore under World Bank and Punjab government rules. Rs 560,000 to 570,000 a month. Needs a master's in procurement, business or project management, or a BSc Engineering, and 8 years in procurement.

World Bank projects live or die by procurement: a badly drafted bid document or a weak evaluation can hold up a scheme for months. This manager owns the procurement plan and every step from bidding documents to the final evaluation report.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update and implement the project procurement plan under World Bank and Government of Punjab guidelines.
  • Set scopes of work, technical specifications and performance objectives for each purchase.
  • Vet the standard bidding documents and add special conditions where needed.
  • Run the full process: shopping, advertisements, EOIs and RFPs.
  • Supervise bid evaluation and the finalisation of evaluation reports.

Who can apply

  • Master's in procurement and contracts management, business administration or project management, or a BSc in Engineering.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in procurement and bid administration, including 4 years on similar projects.
  • Maximum age 60.

About the project

PRMSC is a government-owned not-for-profit company, incorporated with the SECP under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It runs the World Bank-funded Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) in 16 selected tehsils of Punjab. These head-office posts are project contracts on the PPS (project pay scale).
