Manager Inspections

The manager is the inspection department's coordinator: what gets inspected each week, the data behind it and the paperwork that follows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise the weekly inspection plan and upload it to e-Services.
• Coordinate inspection teams and surveyors, gather data and prepare weekly meeting presentations.
• Prepare notes allocating hearing cases and working papers for qualified establishments.
• Follow up inspection costs and process experts' DA claims.

Eligibility

• MBBS or BDS recognised by PMDC; a master's in Public Health or Health Management is preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills. Extensive field travel is essential.
• Age up to 40.

About PHC

The Punjab Healthcare Commission licenses and inspects hospitals and clinics across Punjab. Most of these posts are for MBBS or BDS doctors who would inspect healthcare establishments rather than treat patients.
