Six Delivery Associate posts at the AI Delivery Unit, AI Wing, S&GAD Punjab in Lahore (PPS-11): 16 years of education and 4 years' experience. Age 26 to 45.

Works on the unit's delivery teams with partner departments: tracking project progress, analysing problems and preparing briefs for decision-makers.

Eligibility

16 years of education (bachelor's or master's degree) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Social Sciences from an HEC-recognised university or institution.
At least 4 years experience with 3 years relevant delivery experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or in public sector delivery, a government delivery unit, a comparable advisory organization, government or an international development organization; experience of public service delivery or technology programs preferred.
Age 26 to 45.

Candidates with foreign qualifications and a proven track record are preferred.

Skills asked for

Structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis
Quantitative analysis and comfort with data and dashboards
High-quality written briefing and presentation for senior decision-makers
Facilitation of working sessions and delivery routines towards agreed actions
Stakeholder management across departments, and fluency in Urdu and English
