Coordinates with training providers and implementation partners, helps improve program processes and guidelines from stakeholder feedback, prepares concept notes, presentations, minutes and reports, helps draft terms of reference and outsource tasks to third parties, and supports the Assistant Manager Program Design in research and segment analysis.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (Hons) in management, social sciences or a similar field from an HEC-recognised university.
- Zero to one year of experience in a relevant field (program management, data analysis, complaint tracking).
- Age 21 to 27.
