One Chief Operating Officer / Delivery Unit Head post at the AI Delivery Unit, AI Wing, S&GAD Punjab in Lahore: 16 years of education and 12 years' experience. Age 30 to 55.

Runs the AI Delivery Unit day to day: its programme portfolio, teams, budgets and reporting to the AI Wing, and the delivery of AI projects across Punjab government departments.

Eligibility

16 years of education (master's degree) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognised university or institution.
At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in program/project management, public-sector reforms, digital transformation, technology-enabled initiatives, policy implementation, or organizational management. Previous C-level leadership or experience leading public sector organizations, technology organizations, or large-scale transformation programs will be an advantage.
Age 30 to 55.

Candidates with foreign qualifications and a proven track record are preferred.

Stage-gate governance and product-delivery discipline
