Unit Head – Organizational Development

Leads organisation development and HR governance under SBP rules: organisational structures, workforce planning and staffing norms, salary surveys and pay structures, executive scorecards and performance management, succession planning, the appraisal and promotion cycles and the HR budget. Also prepares Board and HR committee papers and supports restructuring and change programmes.

Eligibility

• Graduate; a bachelor's or master's in HR, business or a related field from an HEC-recognised or reputable foreign university is preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of progressive HR experience in organisation development, HR governance and compensation and benefits; commercial banking experience strongly preferred.
