Officer Talent Acquisition

Handles recruitment from start to finish: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers. Works with departments on job requirements and descriptions, fills positions on time without lowering the quality of hire, and keeps recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

Eligibility

• Graduate; a bachelor's or master's in HR, business administration or a related field from an HEC-recognised or reputable foreign university is preferred.
• At least two years in talent acquisition, preferably in commercial banking or financial services.
