Unit Head Employee Relations

Runs the bank's employee relations: disciplinary actions, inquiries and appeals, grievance handling and prevention of workplace harassment, and staff well-being. Acts as deputy to the HR group and division heads on sensitive HR matters and coordinates the grievance, disciplinary and harassment committees.

Eligibility

• Graduate; a bachelor's or master's in law, business, HR or a related field is preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years' total experience, including three years in a similar role.
