Unit Head – Batch Hiring

Leads the bank's batch (volume) hiring end to end: annual hiring plans for functions across the bank, sourcing strategies, assessment centres and bulk interviews, employer branding through universities, job fairs and digital platforms, hiring dashboards and MIS for senior management, and relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

Eligibility

• Graduate; a bachelor's or master's in HR, business administration or a related field from an HEC-recognised or reputable foreign university is preferred.
• Seven to thirteen years in HR or talent acquisition, including three years of batch or volume hiring, preferably in commercial banking or financial services.
