Senior Manager ML Engineering

Builds and leads the bank's machine learning engineering team: develops the data lake and its ETL for structured and unstructured data, data pipelines on tools such as Spark, Airflow or Kafka, and AI/ML models for prediction, automation and decision support. Monitors deployed models for drift and bias, retrains them, and works with data, software, security and business teams to bring AI into core banking.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised university in Pakistan or abroad; a master's is preferred.
• At least seven years' banking or non-banking experience, including two years in banking.
• Age up to 55 on the date of application.
