Manager Mobile App/Internet Banking support in BOP's IT Group, Lahore: uptime, outage investigation and complaints for digital channels. Four to seven years' experience.

Manages first-level support for the bank's non-switch digital channels, chiefly the mobile app and internet banking: keeps them up, investigates logs to fix outages, tracks complaints from the helpdesk and regulator portals to resolution, keeps DR ready and closes audit and security findings.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised university in Pakistan or abroad; a master's is preferred.
  • Four to seven years' banking or non-banking experience, including two years in banking.
  • Age up to 55 on the date of application.
