Area Manager

Leads the branches of an area: meets monthly CASA and total deposit and account-opening targets by calling on high net worth and corporate customers, follows up branch staff on their targets and balanced-scorecard KPIs, improves workflow and QA audit ratings, and keeps branches within operational risk policies. The advert lists a permanent post with a performance allowance, bonuses, provident fund, gratuity, health cover and staff loans.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised university in Pakistan or abroad.
• Seven to nine years' experience; five years of relevant banking experience preferred.
• Age up to 55 on the date of application.
