Associate Manager – Open Banking Channels

Leads first-level support for the RAAST, SPARROW and PAYSYS applications: investigates issues, works with vendors, logs them on vendor and SBP portals and keeps MIS. Resolves complaints from the CRM, SBP Sunwai and IT helpdesk, supports testing and DR readiness, verifies new companies on RAAST and closes audit and security observations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised university in Pakistan or abroad; a master's is preferred.
• Two to four years' banking or non-banking experience, including two years in banking.
• Age up to 55 on the date of application.
