16 years of education (four-year bachelor's or master's) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Information Engineering/Sciences or Computer Engineering/Sciences.
5 years' experience.
Age 27 to 45.

Monthly salary: from Rs 80k (as listed on the portal).
