The High Achievers Scholarship is ICAP's way of telling the country's top HSSC students that CA is within their reach. It waives the registration fee in full, waives examination and exemption fees once per subject up to CAF, pays full tuition at ICAP's partner institutes up to CAF, hands-on courses included, and adds a monthly stipend up to CAF.
It is strictly merit-based and awarded once a year. 80% of the awards go to the general group and 20% to under-represented students: persons with disabilities, religious and ethnic minorities, transgender persons and students from the areas listed on the form, who apply with marks ten points lower. Every applicant must also pass ICAP's computer-based aptitude test.
For 2026 the window opened on 10 August and closes on Monday 16 November; the test is in mid to late December and awardees are announced in mid to late January 2027.
