Receptionist

The receptionists run the front office: visitors, calls and the first point of contact for the project.

Eligibility

• Graduation from an HEC-recognised university.
• At least 3 years as a receptionist, front office representative or similar, in the public or private sector.
• MS Office skills; spreadsheet and database knowledge preferred.
• Age up to 45.

General conditions

• Posts 1 to 4 (associate, data processing and receptionist) are applied for online only, with academic and experience certificates uploaded.
• Drivers apply by sending a hard copy of the application and documents to the Section Officer (General), P&D Board, Lahore.
• Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab. Age is counted on the last date. The age limits of posts 1 to 4 already include relaxation; general relaxation applies to drivers.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates are called for test or interview, with original documents; no TA/DA is paid.
• Appointments are on contract and give no right to regular appointment, seniority or pension.
