National Sales Manager

Heads all of the bank's consumer asset sales teams nationwide. Makes sure each region meets its budgeted bookings and approval rates, keeps costs down for a healthy P&L, hires to budget, builds career paths and trains sales and phone-banking staff, and works with consumer risk, asset operations, product, IT, legal and HR. Also wins back customers whose loans matured or closed early.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least ten years' relevant sales experience, with consumer asset products.
• Knowledge of the personal loan and auto finance market and of documentation and external agency requirements.
