Runs a branch as a profit centre: grows the low-cost deposit portfolio and manages the cost of funds, brings in new-to-bank customers, cross-sells the bank's products and deepens existing relationships. Handles the branch's administrative and HR matters and staffing plan, protects customer data and keeps service consistent.
Eligibility
- Graduate, preferably in business studies.
- Five to seven years' branch banking experience with a sales record.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML rules and operational risk.
