Head, IT Security & Governance

Keeps the bank's IT governance framework, IT and digital strategy, IT procedures and disaster recovery plan up to date, leads PCI DSS implementation, and aligns IT procedures and the BCP with the information security unit. Reviews IT infrastructure security, follows up audit and review findings to closure, updates IT risk indicators for the risk unit, and controls change management and the custody of keys, passwords and backup tapes.

Eligibility

• Five to seven years' relevant experience in a senior IT security or governance role, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Sound knowledge of PCI DSS, ITIL and local banking rules on technology risk.
