Mechanical Engineer

The mechanical engineer covers the plant and equipment side of the new urban bus depots: workshop machinery, building services and the systems the buses depend on, checked against design and contract.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or master's in Mechanical Engineering (16 years) from an HEC-recognised institute.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Contract for 12 months. The salary is gross, inclusive of all benefits and applicable taxes.

About the project

PTC is a company wholly owned by the Government of the Punjab. The project management unit in Bahawalpur monitors construction progress on the city's new urban bus depots, supports decisions, keeps project documents in order and resolves technical and contractual issues.
