Executive Director / Director General, N@DIR

N@DIR (National Institute for Demographics and Identity Research) is being established under NADRA as a national centre for biometrics, digital identity, independent testing and sovereign ABIS/AFIS technology. Its head must build it into a credible, independent research institution.

Eligibility

• Master's, MS or MPhil in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Cybersecurity, Biometrics, Computer Vision or Digital Identity (HEC-attested); a PhD is preferred.
• 15 years of relevant experience, with senior leadership of large R&D, engineering or technology programmes.
• Experience in testing, benchmarking, standards and technology transfer is highly desirable.
• Age up to 55.

• Contract appointment with a probation period (3 or 6 months, extendable).
• The age limit already includes 5 years' relaxation.

• Selected candidates provide medical fitness and character certificates.
