Under the Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) signed between the Governments of Pakistan and Japan, OEC acts as the primary sending organization for Japan's Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa categories (SSW-1 and SSW-2). The program enables Pakistani technicians, nurses, caregivers, and construction specialists to work in Japan with full statutory labour protections, Japanese health insurance, and equal pay.

Direct public placement cycle administered from initial testing in Pakistan to flight departure. پاکستان میں ابتدائی ٹیسٹ سے لے کر روانگی تک سرکاری نگرانی میں شفاف عمل۔

   Japanese Language & Skills Preparation

   Acquire Japanese language skills up to JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic. OEC and affiliated institutes run preparatory language courses.

   OEC Advertisement & Screening

   Apply against specific Japanese requisitions published on jobs.oec.gov.pk. Attend initial document screening and trade verification.

3. 3

   Interview with Japanese Delegation

   Participate in direct face-to-face or video interviews with Japanese accepting companies and supervising organizations.

4. 4

   Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

   Selected candidates receive an employment contract. The Japanese employer files for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) with Japanese Immigration.

5. 5

   Visa Endorsement & Pre-Departure Training

   Submit COE to the Embassy of Japan in Islamabad for visa stamping, complete pre-departure orientation, and Protector registration.

6. 6

   Deployment to Japan

   Travel to Japan with reception by the supervising organization, followed by orientation and commencement of professional duties.

   اسلام آباد میں جاپانی سفارت خانے سے ویزا، پری ڈیپارچر بریفنگ اور پروٹیکٹر مہر۔

   جاپان روانگی
