In response to healthcare staffing requirements in Italian public hospitals (Aziende Sanitarie Locali - ASL), the Government of Pakistan entered into a bilateral framework with Italian authorities. OEC coordinates candidate selection, professional credential recognition, Italian language instruction, and expedited EU work permit processing for registered Pakistani nurses.
