The 'Triple Win' project is an official bilateral labour mobility programme jointly managed by the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit - BA), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC). The agreement ensures safe, ethical recruitment of registered nurses from Pakistan to German healthcare institutions, guaranteeing fair working conditions, funded B1/B2 language learning, and full career integration in Germany.

Under the Triple Win agreement, the German Federal Employment Agency and partner hospitals bear the costs of language training, examination fees, visa processing, and relocation tickets. Candidates pay zero agency commissions.
Can I bring my family to Germany?
Yes. Once professional licensing (Anerkennung) is finalized and suitable accommodation is secured, nurses can sponsor their spouse and minor children for German family reunion visas.
