Quality Assurance Analyst in Meezan Bank's Service Quality Department, Karachi: reviews customer interactions and processes against standards and reports gaps. Two years' QA, complaints or compliance experience.
Carries out quality assurance reviews of customer interactions and processes against the bank's approved standards and regulations, identifies service gaps, control weaknesses and recurring issues, and runs thematic reviews with the teams concerned. Prepares QA reports and dashboards and supports management, audit and regulatory requests.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree, preferably a master's, from an HEC-recognised university.
- At least two years in quality assurance, complaint management, operations, compliance or a related area.
- A qualification in Islamic finance is an advantage.
Skills
- Quality assurance and control.
- Complaint management and customer experience.
- Data analysis and reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.
