Implements and monitors the bank's conduct and governance framework across its units: customer conduct, service quality and governance indicators, with corrective action where gaps appear. Prepares governance reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and supports policy development and awareness work.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree, preferably a master's, from an HEC-recognised university; a professional certification is an advantage.
- At least five years' relevant experience.
- A qualification in Islamic finance is an advantage.
Skills
- Governance, conduct risk and banking control frameworks.
- Finding and closing control gaps.
- Report writing and MIS; Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI preferred.
