Structures, drafts and vets conventional and Islamic financing structures, trade finance facilities, credit and risk-sharing agreements and security documents. Also keeps statutory and corporate records and Board packs, handles Fit & Proper documentation and SBP and SECP returns, gives legal opinions, supports fraud inquiries and HR matters, and coordinates external lawyers on litigation.
Eligibility
- LLB from an HEC-recognised university with a valid Advocate High Courts licence; LLM, Barrister or foreign law qualifications preferred.
- Ten years' post-qualification legal experience for Team Lead or Senior Manager, seven for Manager, including five as an Advocate High Courts; bank or financial institution experience is an advantage.
