Legal & Contracts Officer

Prepares, vets and finalises the contracts the programme signs, including consultancy hiring and green credit buyer and seller agreements, checks that contracts signed by the project management unit comply with the rules, and advises on disputes, contract interpretation and arbitration.

Eligibility

• Master's degree in law (LLM) or business administration with 7 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or business administration with 9 years, from an HEC-recognised university.
• Experience in arbitration, commercial and contract law, regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and the legal framework for green, carbon or climate finance.
• Age 30 to 45.
