Human Resource Officer (IPS-10) at MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar: recruitment, selection and daily HR work. MSc or MBA in HRM and 2 years' hospital HR experience.
Assesses staffing needs, prepares the recruitment plan, runs recruitment and selection under policy, helps with promotions and deals with day-to-day HR, HRMIS and training and development work.
Eligibility
- MSc HRM, MBA HRM (16 years of education) or an equivalent degree in HR from an HEC-recognised university.
- At least two years of HR experience in a reputed hospital or health care organisation in the public, semi-autonomous, autonomous or private sector.

- Pay the non-refundable test fee shown on the slip and keep the bank-stamped candidate copy. Apply and pay separately for each post.
- Apply by 15 November 2026. ETEA sends roll number slips by SMS; the test date, time and venue are on the slip.
