Eligibility

• BBA (Hons) or MBA (16 years) specialising in HRM/HRD
• Experience: at least 3 years', counted from the date of the prescribed qualification.
• HR experience in healthcare, a reputable public or private organisation preferred; tertiary care experience preferred.

MTI Nowshera runs Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College under the MTI Reform Act 2015 (amended 2026). All posts are three-year contracts, extendable.
