The Deputy Project Coordinator runs the federal project management unit of NPECA under the ministry: administration and finance, transfer of federal matching grants to the provinces, and the progress reports and papers for the project's steering and coordination committees.
Eligibility
- MSc Agricultural Engineering or Water Resources, MA Economics or MBA Finance.
- 12 years in the public or private sector working on water and agriculture, including 5 years managing large public-sector development projects.
- Knowledge of how public projects are prepared, financed, procured and implemented, including PC-I and PC-II.
- Good communication, presentation, leadership and basic IT skills.
- Age 35 to 50.
