Assistant Programme Manager, HR Skills

PSEB trains IT graduates and professionals under federal development (PSDP) programmes. The APMs plan, organise and track the skills programme for the Programme Manager.

What the job involves

• Plan and run training sessions, workshops and seminars, with scheduling and logistics.
• Keep programme documents, correspondence and records accurate and confidential.
• Collect and analyse programme data, evaluate training and report to the Programme Manager.
• Coordinate stakeholders and help manage people, budget and materials.

Eligibility

• 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or Computer Science/IT.
• 4 years after the degree in HR development, project management or capacity development; PSDP, ADP or government project experience preferred.
• MS Project and MS Office; age up to 45.
