Assistant Director Development

Where the Deputy Director is out on site, the Assistant Director keeps the development wing's paperwork and data in order.

Responsibilities

• Draft reports, minutes and correspondence on development schemes.
• Maintain the database of ongoing and completed projects.
• Verify contractor bills and documents against deliverables.
• Prepare comparative statements, procurement documents and evaluation summaries.
• Follow up timelines, flag bottlenecks, and organise meetings and visits.
• Keep digital and paper records of all development projects.

Eligibility

• BSc Civil Engineering with Registered Engineer membership of the Pakistan Engineering Council.
• 3 years of relevant experience in a large public or private organisation.
• Age 24 to 34.
