Unit Head Environmental and Social Risk Management (Credit Risk)

Builds and runs the bank's environmental, social and climate risk management system for its financing and investment portfolios: the risk avoidance list, general and sector checklists, a risk rating and categorisation model for clients and deals, and an internal manual setting out who does what. Works with the Green Banking Office, checks portfolios against environmental and climate standards and reports to senior management and regulators.

Eligibility

• Graduate; an MBA in banking, finance, actuarial or environmental sciences is preferred.
• At least three years' banking experience in a risk management division.
• Age up to 50.
