Five BPS-14 Stenotypist/Stenographer posts in the Upper Chitral district judiciary: intermediate, shorthand at 50 words a minute and English typing. Age 18 to 30.
Stenographers take dictation from judges in shorthand and type orders, judgments and court documents. One post is with the District & Sessions Judge and four with the Senior Civil Judge.
Eligibility
- Intermediate or equivalent from a recognised board.
- Shorthand at 50 words a minute and English typing.
- Urdu typing at 30 words a minute and MS Office skills are preferred.
- Age 18 to 30, counted on 1 January 2026.
How to apply
- Create a profile on the ETEA website (etea.edu.pk), print the E-Sahulat token and have your CNIC verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. You cannot apply without this.
- Apply online for the post; the system generates a deposit slip with a token number and project code.
- Pay the non-refundable test fee shown on the slip and keep the bank-stamped candidate copy. Apply and pay separately for each post.
- Apply by 20 November 2026. ETEA sends roll number slips by SMS; the test date, time and venue are on the slip.
