Supports decisions with data: pulls and analyses data from the bank's systems for performance analysis and MIS, calculates staff incentive schemes and coordinates payouts with HR, prepares call centre performance reports, deposit and loan portfolio reports for management and regulators, and builds exception reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Cognos.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree at least; a master's from an HEC-recognised or overseas university is preferred.
- At least two years in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a financial institution.
