Senior Data Architect

Defines the bank's enterprise data architecture and standards across the data warehouse, data lake and integration platforms, and leads its big data modernisation and legacy migration. Responsible for Db2W performance, governance, security and data quality on the analytical and reporting platforms, and leads technical teams and vendors on technology evaluation, automation and cost.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree, preferably a master's, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognised university.
• Eight to twelve years in data architecture and engineering, with three to five years hands-on with IBM Db2/Db2W and experience leading teams and vendors, preferably in banking or financial services.
• A qualification in Islamic finance is an advantage.
