Senior Accountant / Lead at Accountree in Lahore, an established UK accounting practice: owns the accounts workflow and reviews the team's accounts. Eight years in a UK practice; ACA or ACCA preferred.
Owns the accounts workflow and delivery across the team, reviews and approves accounts before they go to clients and authorities, allocates work, tracks deadlines, deals with the harder client queries, reports on workload and training, mentors juniors and seniors, and improves how the function works. The post is on site.
Eligibility
- Eight years of UK accounting practice experience, with strong knowledge of UK GAAP, VAT, corporation tax and statutory accounts.
- Experience reviewing and finalising accounts prepared by others.
- ACA or ACCA qualified preferred; Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, TaxCalc or IRIS experience.
