Research Associate Communication

The post writes and coordinates the Urban Unit's public communication: what its urban projects are doing, told through press material, the website and social media. The portal lists it as Research Associate Communication; the printed advert calls it Communication Officer.

What you would do

• Write press releases, articles, reports and newsletters.
• Draft social media posts, website content and digital campaigns, and track engagement.
• Coordinate media coverage, interviews and press briefings.
• Research communication trends and stakeholder engagement, and suggest ways to improve outreach.
• Help organise workshops, conferences and public events, and support internal communication.

Who can apply

• 16 years of education in Mass Communication.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience, so recent graduates qualify.
• Age 18 to 35.
