Relationship Officer Asset

Sells the bank's microfinance loans in the branch's area: finds and assesses borrowers using the five Cs of credit, physically verifies applicants, books loans under the bank's policies and follows up for full, on-time repayment. Plans weekly field visits with the line manager, keeps customer documents safe, avoids handling customers' cash and reports suspected fraud.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; an MBA is preferred.
• Up to one year's experience in a related field is preferred; fresh graduates can apply.
