Project Manager (Civil Works) / Deputy Director

Manages the technical team of consultants' and unit engineers, reviews and corrects designs and drawings, supervises and monitors civil works and the construction supervision consultants, keeps quality assurance in place, advises on contract and procurement issues and claims, supports bidding and evaluation under ADB guidelines, and reports progress to the Project Director.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; a master's in civil engineering, construction management or project management is preferred.
• About 10 years of experience managing projects in lead positions, including contract management; first division (60% or above).
• Age 25 to 55.
