Works as PHC Technician MCH in the health facilities of Lower Kohistan on a need basis, under the District Health Officer.

Eligibility

  • At least 2nd division Secondary School Certificate in science, a two-year diploma in the relevant technology or a midwifery qualification from a recognised nursing board, and valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council as an LHC.
  • Age 18 to 32. Preference goes to candidates who live in Lower Kohistan; candidates from nearby districts are considered if none qualify. Ten percent of posts are for women, two percent for disabled candidates and five percent for minorities.

How to apply

  1. Create a profile on the ETEA website (etea.edu.pk), print the E-Sahulat token and have your CNIC verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. You cannot apply without this.
  2. Apply online for the post; the system generates a deposit slip with a token number and project code.
  3. Pay the non-refundable test fee shown on the slip and keep the bank-stamped candidate copy. Apply and pay separately for each post.
  4. Apply by 26 November 2026. ETEA sends roll number slips by SMS; the test date, time and venue are on the slip.
