Advises clients on the regional and international tax implications of acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructurings and IPOs, as part of the Transaction Tax Advisory practice supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia market.
Eligibility
- Relevant bachelor's degree in tax, economics, accounting, finance or law; a qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, ATT or ADIT or equivalent.
- Eight or more years of client-facing tax advisory experience.
