- Six-month certificate course in MS Office and MS Windows from an institute recognised by the Sindh Board of Technical Education or the Trade Testing Board.
- Age 18 to 28, with up to five years' relaxation.
- STS General Screening Test (graduation category) passed with at least 40%.
