Implements Oracle HCM, payroll and related changes in production under set policies, covers requirements, design, development and testing on Oracle EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM Cloud, administers HCM and payroll, analyses the impact of setup changes, and supports HR and finance payroll teams.
Eligibility
- ACCA, MBA or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience; Oracle certification.
- Five to six years of relevant experience, with at least two end-to-end implementations.
