Financial Controller for construction projects at Zameen.com, Lahore: planning, reporting, cash flow and project profitability. CA, ACCA, CFA or MBA Finance with twelve or more years' experience.
Oversees financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for construction projects, keeps financial reporting accurate and timely, monitors cash flow and project profitability, does variance and cost-control analysis, presents to senior management, works with project managers on budgets and liaises with auditors, tax advisers and regulators.
Eligibility
- CA, ACCA, CFA or MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Twelve or more years of relevant experience, at least five in a managerial role.
